All products listed on the website are unstitched premium suits, sarees, and handicraft items.

4. Payments
All online payments are processed through our trusted gateway partner Razorpay.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (India)

Free shipping on all orders within India.

Orders are dispatched via our logistics partner Shiprocket.
International Shipping

A flat international shipping charge of ₹3500 + 18% GST applies.

Shipping is free on orders above $300 USD.

Kaarigar bears all customs charges for international orders.

Estimated delivery time and tracking details will be shared post-dispatch.

Only defective products with valid unboxing video proof are eligible for return.
6. Returns & Refunds
We take great care in delivering premium handcrafted products. However, in the rare case of receiving a defective product, the following policy applies:

Returns are only accepted in case of genuine manufacturing defects.

The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

A full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory to process any claim.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Refunds & Exchanges

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days post quality verification.

Exchanges may be allowed for the same value or higher (difference payable by customer).

Reshipping for RTO (Return to Origin) due to incorrect address or non-response is chargeable.
