Kaarigar – The Indian Artisan is hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Advisor for our premium retail store in NCR. This is a high-impact sales job role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for discerning buyers of handcrafted sarees, suits, and artisanal fashion. What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in handloom, handicrafts, or ethnic women’s wear retail
- Strong understanding of Indian fabrics, weaving techniques, and craft-based products
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of a European language (French & German etc) is a bonus
- Proven ability in customer engagement, sales conversion, and client relationship management
- Experience in training junior sales staff and handling customer escalations
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and sales software is preferred
