Order Cancellation by Kaarigar
Although rare, there may be situations where we may need to cancel an order. This could happen due to:
- Limited product availability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Issues flagged during payment verification or security checks
- Unexpected operational or logistic constraints
Kaarigar reserves the right to cancel your order. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Order Cancellation by You (Customer)
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Upon confirmation of your cancellation request, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
In Case of Failed Transactions
If your payment was deducted but the transaction failed, rest assured—we will automatically refund the full amount to your original payment method as soon as possible.
